Nicole has helped people buy and sell homes and commercial property in all price ranges throughout Bloomington, Ellettsville, Spencer and surrounding areas. She credits this early success to her ability to accept challenges.

Nicole is fascinated with current events and community involvement. She attended Ball State University to pursue a field in journalism news. There she gained experience addressing hard-hitting matters affecting all forms of life. However, the “doom and gloom” of news made Nicole realize her positive personality and passion for the community would be perfect for real estate. She loves educating her clients about property taxes and market issues. Nicole’s motto “Keeping It REAL Estate” mirrors her honest, straightforward approach.

Though she grew up in a small town nearby, Nicole has been active in the Bloomington community for 20 years. The beautiful surroundings and historical roots make Bloomington real estate fascinating and exciting.

Aside from selling homes, Nicole enjoys walking her dog Hendrix, making improvements to her home, and learning how to cook. Since the beginning of her real estate career, Nicole has always found time to dedicate personal and professional attention to every one of her clients, and that is her commitment to you!
