At Avenues Realty Group, we measure success not only by real estate sales, but also by doing what’s right by our clients. It’s a philosophy that has guided me throughout my real estate career—and one that is shared by each member of the Avenues team.

Founded in February of 2007, Avenues Realty Group has quickly grown and become a major player in the local real estate market. I’ve been extremely fortunate to be able to attract high-caliber real estate professionals, each of whom shares my service philosophy, business principles and work ethic.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the benefit of high-level training and the assistance of a nationally recognized career coach. In fact, one of the reasons I established Avenues was to have the opportunity to mentor other real estate professionals. Now it’s my turn to support the outstanding individuals who have joined me as they grow and serve Avenues’ clients. Of course, I am also sharing with my team members the proven methodologies and sales systems that have helped me become a top real estate producer.

At Avenues Realty Group, everything real estate is up our avenue… from residential, commercial and investment property sales to new construction and neighborhood development.

We also offer fee-based services to the real estate investor, builder and developer who need professional assistance to determine the best use of land and opportunities in the marketplace. Other Avenue consulting services include staging and price analysis.

  • A secure website established exclusively for each client’s real estate transaction. Clients can monitor progress on their transaction and because the lender, title company and appraiser can access information on the online portal, it makes processing and documentation faster and smoother.

A wall-mounted, 42” video screen and Internet-enabled computer system allow buyers to do preliminary shopping from the comfort of Avenues’ offices using online services such as the multiple listing service (MLS), Google Earth and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
  • Avenues’ Pre-Marketing and Buyers’ Packages. These educational packages also offer the agency’s list of preferred providers—key services in the area to assist homeowners.
